We want you to have a trouble free experience using our website and will do everything we can to make your experience a positive one.

This is a newly launched site and the technology producing our greetings is complex. Occasionally we find things do not work as expected. If you have trouble viewing a greeting, need help using our site or just want to send us feedback, you have come to the right page.

In anticipation of some common concerns we have prepared a list of Frequently Asked Questions. Please take a look at this list before you send us your question. We are a small group and it may take a day or two for us to reply.

How do I send a greeting?

How do I send a greeting?

You must be a member of AllHoursGreetings.com to be able to send our Greetings. If you are not a member and would like to JOIN click here.   Once you are a member, you must LOG ON to be able to send cards.


LOG ON:

You must first log onto the site to send a greeting.  Enter your email address and password in the boxes to the right of the screen.  Click the Log on button.

OUR GREETINGS: 

Select the Our Greetings link from the left side of the page and browse our cards.  If you have successfully logged on you will see PREVIEW and SEND to the right of each greeting.  If you see PREVIEW and JOIN you are not logged onto the site.

SEND:

Select the SEND button to the right of the greeting and the YOU HAVE SELECTED TO SEND page will pop up.

YOU HAVE SELECTED TO SEND:

  1. Check the name and image of the greeting you have chosen to send displayed in the top left corner of the page.
  2. Enter the Name and Email address of the person you wish to send a card to.
    The name and email address will automatically be added to your Address Book for future use -or- click View My Address Book and locate the person's name, then click Select Email and the infomation will be automatically entered into the Name and Email boxes.
  3. Check the name in the You Have A Message From: box, the name that appears comes from your membership information.  You may choose to enter a new name.
  4. Type your personal message in the message box.
  5. Click Preview if you wish to see what your message will look like.  You do not need to preview a greeting to send it.  A new window will open and you will see your card.  Click CLOSE after you are finished viewing the greeting to return to the send card screen.
  6. Click the Send button and a screen will pop up telling you that your card has been sent.

SENT CARD CONFIRMATION: 

You will be sent an email confirming that your card has been sent.  If you so don't want to receive these notifications check the Do not send me email notifications box on the membership screen.

I can't log on?

To log onto the All Hours Greetings site you must use the same email address and password you provided when you became a member.  When you log onto the All Hours Greetings site your email address and password are checked against our secure database. If the infomation you entered is correct then you will be logged onto the site.

Here are a few things to consider if you can't log on:

If you have more than one email address you could have used a different email address when you became a member?  Try using your other email address.

Are you typing your password correctly?  The capital letter "O" is not the same as the number "0" (zero).  A number "1" is different than a lowercase "l".

Have you forgotten your password?  Click here and you will be asked to enter your email address and the answer to your secret question, then your password will be sent to your email address.

Was your email address entered correctly when you joined?  After joining you should have received a membership confirmation from us.  If you did not receive one, you may have entered the wrong email address at the time you joined.

If you have tried all of the above and still can't log on, please click here to contact us and provide us with your name, email address, password, the approximate date you joined, your member ID and any other information which will help us locate your membership record.

How do I become a member?

To become a member you must Join All Hours Greetings and pay an annual membership fee of $10 US. 

Select the Membership link on the Home Page or click here.  Once you are on the Join page you must fill in the following information.

  1. Enter your name.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Enter a password that is easy for you to remember.
  4. Enter the password again; this is to ensure that it is typed correctly.
  5. Choose a secret answer.
  6. Enter the secret answer; this is used in case you forget your password.
  7. Click the link to read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
  8. Check the "I have read the terms and agreements" box.
  9. Click submit.
  10. The PayPal service will pop up. (Follow their instructions)
  11. Enter in your credit card information.

Once you credit card transaction is processed, which usually only takes a few minutes, you will be able to log onto the site and start sending greetings.
